Which newborn photoshoot package is best for you?

Every newborn client has different needs when it comes to which package to choose. Some clients want the whole shebang...family photos, sibling photos, wrapped photos, naked baby photos, etc. Whereas some clients want a quicker session and photos of just their newborn. Either way, I have options that suit the needs of all my clients! This post will go through my three newborn package options and what they include.

The Newborn Premium Package

The premium newborn package is three hours long (babies can take a while to photograph!) and is ideal if you're wanting to include parent, sibling, and whole family shots. But don't worry, dad's! I usually start with the family photos, that way you can take the kids and run while mom and I continue with the rest of the photoshoot :)

After all the family photos are done, I'll wrap baby up and begin on their individual photos. This includes 2-3 different wrapping techniques with them on a flokati, a solid background, and in various props. At the end, I'll pose them into a naked pose or even put them into a cute little knitted romper. This newborn package option is my most picked, as the client is able to get such a large variety of images to pick from. All clients are given the option to upgrade their galleries to include ALL edited images if they're having a hard time choosing. And let me tell ya....it'd for sure be hard to choose!

The Wrapped Classic

This package is, you guessed it, wrapped shots only! But unlike my mini package (which is also wrapped only), clients are able to request some parent photos. This is perfect for those first time parents to grab a few shots with their newborn baby and then individual images of their baby all snug and cozy.

With these 1.5hr sessions, parents can pick two/three colors to use and I will wrap baby in at least three different wrapping styles.

The Mini Newborn Package

The mini newborn package is my newest! As in I JUST released information on these today! I'm pretty excited to offer these as an option because they are perfect for the client that might be looking for a lower investment, but doesn't want to risk getting lower quality either.

These sessions are just 30min long and is for baby only. They will be wrapped in the "potato" pose (see above photo for example) and the client picks one color to be used. The newborn is then posed on a flokati, then a solid background, and then a prop.

1, 2, 3, BOOM done. Quick and easy way to still have beautiful newborn photos to cherish forever :)

As a newborn photographer, I strive to accommodate the needs of each client that might come my way. Whether it's capturing an already established family welcoming the presence of the newest arrival....or photographing just a few sweet images for the parents to be able to look back on.
